Room and Desk Occupancy Sensors - Real time occupancy sensors allow you to gather business critical intelligence about your room, desk or office management. The sensors operate through heat or motion detection and send an alert releasing a room or desk once the source is no longer detected. They provide an accurate understanding of occupancy levels so you can decide how best to optimise space.
Desk Booking and Desk Displays - A contactless reader that mounts effortlessly onto any desktop. Employees can confirm a desk reservation by authenticating with their staff badge, phone or through voice activation. This desk booking system enables efficient use of space, helping organisations measure desk use and facilitate workplace social distancing.
Mobile App Management - A mobile app on your smartphone or device that allows you to book a meeting room, desk or other resource. The app makes it easy for organisations to balance staff numbers between those working in the office and those working remotely.
Seamless Integration with Office 365 - Meeting rooms booked through Outlook will instantly display as ‘in use’ on the Intelligent Digital Booking system.
Interactive 3D Maps - An interactive map of the workspace enables you to navigate towards your booked resource. A touchscreen allows users to book meeting rooms, invite guests and request any special requirements.
Visitor Management - A visitor check-in pad with a daily guest list that sits with the receptionist. It simplifies the induction process, providing visitors with the functionality to confirm their arrival and meeting. The receptionist can welcome guests personally, and the pad automates a notification of their arrival to their host.
